1. Log in to your dashboard and go to Account Billing → Subscription Plan.
  2. Select Cancel Subscription.
  3. Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
  4. You'll receive a cancellation confirmation email — this is your proof that the cancellation was processed.

What happens after you cancel

  • You'll retain full access to trade2sync until the end of your current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in the billing cycle.
  • Your subscription will not renew or charge again after that period ends.
