By accessing, purchasing, or using any trade2sync product or service, you (“User”, “Client”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement and supersede any prior understanding or agreement (oral or written) between you and trade2sync.
NATURE OF SERVICE
trade2sync provides a cloud based system license designed to automate and forward Telegram-based trading signals into MT4, MT5, cTrader, DXTrade or TradeLocker platforms, and Trader Protector.

- Access and license delivery are instant and digital via email upon successful payment.
- All usage begins immediately after access credentials are sent, unless a specific access delay is explicitly stated on the purchase page.
DIGITAL SERVICE ACTIVATION
Service is considered “delivered & received” once:
- An access link and login credentials have been sent to the registered email.
- The client logs in, activates, or attempts to access the dashboard or software.
Any usage, including partial (even 1%), is classified as service consumption.
BANK STATEMENT DESCRIPTOR NOTICE
All payments will appear on your card or bank statement as trade2sync. Failure to recognize this descriptor and filing a dispute may be classified as a false claim. Such cases are treated as invalid disputes and subject to evidence-based chargeback reversals.
Trade2Sync Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. 7-Day Refund Guarantee
Trade2Sync offers a full refund for eligible monthly and yearly subscription purchases when both of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- The account has processed fewer than 7 trading signals through Trade2Sync.
For the purposes of this policy, "Trading Signals" means triggers or suggestions to buy or sell based on specific market data that are processed by Trade2Sync on the relevant account and recorded by the platform.
No trading signal is processed until you manually enable a channel or group and connect a broker account. Nothing is enabled by default.
Once 7 or more trading signals have been processed, or 7 calendar days have passed from the original purchase date, the subscription is no longer eligible for a refund under this policy.
The Refund Policy is clearly presented before checkout, and the purchaser must agree to it before completing the subscription payment.

2. How We Determine Usage
Trade2Sync automatically records service activity associated with your account, including relevant usage events and timestamps.
For the purpose of determining refund eligibility, Trade2Sync may use its records to verify:
- The date and time the subscription was purchased
- The date and time the account was activated
- When the service was accessed
- The number of trading signals processed
- The timestamps of relevant usage events
- The date and time a refund or cancellation request was submitted
Trade2Sync's account and service records will be used to determine whether the applicable refund conditions have been satisfied.
3. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted through one of Trade2Sync's official support channels:

When submitting a refund request, please provide:
- The email address used for the purchase
- The reason for your refund request
Once your request is submitted, Trade2Sync will review the purchase and relevant account-usage records to determine whether you are eligible for a refund under this policy.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
After a refund has been initiated, it may take approximately 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Subscription Management & Cancellation
Trade2Sync operates on a self-service subscription model. You are responsible for managing, cancelling, or upgrading your subscription before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation Terms
- Trade2Sync sends an upcoming renewal reminder to the email address associated with your purchase.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal through the "Subscription Plan" section of your Trade2Sync dashboard.
- After cancellation, you will retain access to Trade2Sync until the end of your current billing period.
- A cancellation confirmation email will be sent after the cancellation has been successfully completed.
- Simply emailing or contacting support does not constitute cancellation unless you receive a cancellation confirmation.
- If you do not cancel your subscription before the renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew and the applicable renewal charge will be processed.
- No refund will be issued for a renewal charge if you fail to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
- Cancelling your subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not terminate access immediately.
5. Refunds and Subscription Cancellations Are Separate
Cancelling your subscription only prevents future renewal charges. It does not automatically qualify you for a refund of the current billing period.
Refund eligibility is determined separately under the 7-Day Refund Guarantee described in Section 1.
If you are requesting a refund for your initial purchase, you must submit the refund request within the applicable 7-day period and have processed fewer than 7 trading signals.

AFFILIATE ABUSE POLICY
Affiliates or resellers found incentivizing refunds, manipulating coupons, or driving traffic through deceptive practices (including reselling subscriptions, creating false identities, or encouraging disputes) will be banned from the program and forfeit all outstanding commissions. We reserve the right to permanently block access associated with abusive referrals.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
trade2sync is not liable for any trading losses, signal failures, account issues, or financial consequences resulting from use of our service. The service does not provide financial advice and should only be used as an automation tool under the user's own responsibility.
THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM DISCLAIMER
Our service depends on third-party platforms such as Telegram, MT4, MT5, cTrader, DXTrade and TradeLocker. We are not liable for service interruptions, outages, or functionality issues arising from failures or changes on those platforms. Refunds will not be issued for downtime caused by these external services.

By purchasing, installing, or using any trade2sync services, you:
